With the participation of the authors, Ursula Oswald Spring and Hans Günter Brauch, as well as Ignacio Rubio Carriquiriborde teachers, our graduate teachers, and Clement Rueda, secretary Academic Climate Change Program of the UNAM, held the book launch reconceptualize the XXI century security .

In this work, as explained by Professor Ignacio Rubio, discusses different conceptions of security, from the historical, internal, external, national, global, local, political, economic, cultural, associated with the environment, risk, disasters, etc.., by reviewing multiple authors who have made advance contributions to the topic.

Rueda
Clemente reiterated that this text be studied different dimensions of security, but also stressed that one of its strengths is to advance, based on these reflections, a reconceptualization of the term for the XXI century. He stressed that this task is essential, especially at this time, when security and the world itself are constantly changing.
