Through the Center for Interdisciplinary Research in Sciences and Humanities and the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences, under the Historical Research Program of Science, held the keynote Fascism planting rubber, cotton and coffee and the empires of Mussolini, Hitler and Salazar, with the participation of Dr. Tiago Saraiva, University of Lisbon, who explained the importance of the development of genetics to the German and Italian fascism, whose purpose was to sustain his power.
